Jim is incredibly detailed and thorough in his inspections. He provided an incredibly detailed report for my wife and I that we still refer to months after the fact. Months after we had used Jim for a home inspection, I reached out to see if he could assist us with an issue we were having. I was hoping he could refer us to the proper specialist, but Jim went above and beyond and stopped by the same day to provide his input on the issue. This stop-in was after normal work hours AND Jim did not charge us a fee for this quick appointment.
