If I could give greater than a 5-star rating I absolutely would! John is fantastic to work with, very polite and fun, but when it comes to knowledge I would be shocked if there is anyone better. While most of what others have shared about John is spot on, there is one comment previously made that in my opinion sums John up very nicely – – he is a walking encyclopedia. He knows his stuff and is as thorough as thorough can be. I have already hired John again for another job!

John Mease inspected a condo built in 1983 that we were considering for purchase. He went through the property thoroughly and provided a comprehensive report outlining the issues he found. He takes time to check out everything and place it in his report. We have been through purchase of a number of homes and condos but not seen anyone do a job as thorough as what John does. He welcomes questions during the inspection and also afterwards. We had seen something from the outside at the property we were purchasing and John went out a second time without charging extra to look at what we were worried about. If I had to get another property inspected, I would use none other than John. We recommend him without any hesitation.
