A home is often the biggest purchase that we make. As a buyer, it’s so important to know exactly what we’re buying, whether to get seller credits for urgent problems or to set aside funds for areas of the home which will need some maintenance in the near future. Lorenzo was a pleasure to work with and provided an extremely thorough inspection. I highly recommend John Robinson’s Inspection Group.

John Robinson’s Inspection Group came recommended by two people independently, and we were very pleased with their work. We (buyer) had a last-minute reschedule due to the seller’s constraints, and they were able to accommodate on short notice, which was a huge help to us. I was present during the inspection, and the inspector (Scott) was great about offering up information as he noticed things, and walking me through the implications of various observations. On top of that, the resulting report is incredibly well organized, and includes a filter for “safety concerns” if you want to skim just the more crucial items. Would definitely recommend.

Randall was great. Did a thorough job and talked after to go over findings. This is so important when buying a house. The report was ready within a few hours after he finished. Easy to go online, pay for it and download. Report was informative and well laid out. I would recommend this company.
