Josh performed my home inspection and identified several key areas that needs to be addressed by the property owner before closing on the home. Once I researched the estimated repair expenses on-line, they quickly totalled up to approximately $45,000! The expertise of a quality home inspector is crucial for identifying issues for a prosepctive buyer. I highly recommend Jonsey’s Home Inspection for any home buyer! My previous property purchase fell through due to dubious reasons on the sellers part. However, I found another home that I had Josh inspect and he identified several items that needed to be addressed. The items that Josh identified and the seller has agreed to fix would have cost me approximately $15,000 to repair myself.

We are moving to Idaho from Alaska and asked some quality builders who they would recommend for an inspector. They all said, “Jonesy’s”! Now I know why. He is thorough and efficient. Payment is easy and affordable for the quality of the inspection. I have had several properties in Alaska inspected and have been there with the inspector. This was the first time that we have not been able to be there since we are out of the state. As soon as he sent the detailed report with pictures, he made himself available for follow-up questions. This was almost as good as being there. He doesn’t seem to let much get by.
