We understand the needs of today’s home buyer and evaluate the prospective home to be sure that it will pass FHA, RDA, and V.A. loan appraisals.

Our Inspectors have conducted thousands of inspections and are trained to be familiar with a wide variety of situations. We believe that consumers have the right to expect the highest standards of thoroughness, fairness, and effectiveness from their home inspector. Journey Property Inspection is a member of the Lenawee County Association of Realtors, Ann Arbor Area Realtors, and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

Steve was extremely responsive and quick to schedule. Very effective at finding the realistic concerns with the property. Very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely use again/recommend.

Tim was very helpful, answered all the questions I had. He had a good attitude, and told me everything I needed to hear. Good price for a basic residential inspection, will use them in the future! Thank you!

First off, the staff of Journey Property Inspections are kind, helpful, responsive, and fast. The warranties they offer go above and beyond anything at any of the other property inspection places we looked into. We recommend them for your home inspection needs and highly recommend Tim Decker as your inspector. Tim did our home inspection today and we could not be happier with how thorough and informative he was! Not only did he check every nook and cranny to find every possible problem, but he also took the time to explain what caused it and how we could go about fixing them. Due to the loan we have, we are going to have another inspection as well. Tim made sure to point out anything that may be flagged by that inspector. If all of that doesn’t convince you of just how amazing he is, Tim then went to his boss who teaches classes on loan requirements and went over everything with him to make sure we had all the information we could possibly have going forward with this process.
