My family and I were in a rush to schedule an inspection for a new home that we were looking to purchase. I called Jason, who was recommended to us by our real estate broker, with only a few days notice. Jason found time and with his colleague drove over an hour to meet us at the home on a Sunday! They inspected the home thoroughly and did not mind answering our multitude of questions. Jason was patient, knowledgeable and detailed. He was even able to provide an air quality test to check for mold.
Jason is a true professional. He responds quickly to his clients, provides fair estimates, arrives on time, and gets the job done. His home inspection software is excellent. You receive the report before he leaves the job. The pictures that correspond to the category of problem is a time saver for a real estate agent. Jason will make any real estate agent’s life easier.
