The person they sent showed up and started doing inspection 30 minutes early so we didn’t get to walk through the whole inspection with them. They did have a nice photo presentation when done and got results back to us quickly. Also, didn’t agree with the inspectors solution for issue with roof. Neither did the roofer we sent out.
Tish was on time and very thorough! She made it clear from when we meant that she wanted me to ask as many questions as I had, putting me at ease! When I did have questions, she welcomed them and answered each one fully.
Having a home inspection can be very overwhelming and scary. The entire experience from setting up the home inspection to getting the report have been fantastic! We knew exactly what to expect, how much we would have to pay and what the process would look like because communication was so great! We had a home inspection today by Sean and it could not have gone better. Sean was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, explained everything, and made us feel very informed. The report provided by Sean with detailed pictures and comments make it very easy to understand.
