Kahl Property Inspectors
When you require the services of a qualified property inspector, you should call Kahl Property Inspection Service. Our owner, Tony Kahl, has been a member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association since 2000 and is one of the founding members of its local Delta Chapter. As a certified CREIA inspector, he combines a wealth of knowledge with a love of teaching and helping people in order to provide peace of mind to prospective new property owners throughout the Stockton area.
Tony’s inspection of our soon to be home was very thorough. He did a great job at explaining everything to us so that we understood. He simplified the whole process for us by pointing out areas that required our most attention, to minor details that we could worry about later. I definitely recommend Tony for your home inspection. His knowledge is worth every penny!
Tony is absolutely amazing! Great communication, thorough, and efficient. He’s very professional and transparent when asked questions. Tony keeps the laughs coming while creating a personalized experience.
Tony was awesome and took the time to explain everything to me. He made the entire process enjoyable. I would definitely use his services again if I purchase another property.
I gave him 5 star. He is awesome and has alot Of patience. Highly recommended him for this job. Million thanks to Tony!
As a realtor I have to say that if you are hiring someone to inspect air conditioners, you need to hire an a/c inspector and not a home inspector. Home inspectors only look over the units to make sure they turn on and off and blow air. They don’t get into the details of the units themselves. I would say their agent should have told them that. I just don’t think the review is fair and I would look at the other reviews Tony has. I for one will continue to use Tony and would think twice about it.
Tony delivered a 14-page reports (at least 50 pages expected for this property this size) — in which 4 pages are title, table of content, etc — with 4 pictures: 2 of them about the water heaters which we would care less.
