Larry did a fantastic job inspecting our home. He was nice, friendly, and professional. He showed us some things to be concerned about, and had a very reasonable price! He asked before removing the breaker box because it had been painted over, and he could have damaged the paint. He explained everything, including the smallest possibilities of repair.
Larry just inspected a church building for us we are getting ready to purchase. He was so thorough. Covered every square foot of the property and it’s systems. The follow up meeting was extensive and complete in every detail. I would highly recommend .
Larry was very professional and friendly. He explained the process nicely. We got an inspection from him on our crawl space after living in our house for a few years. He didn’t do more than he needed to do and he didn’t put pressure on us to do other testing.
Really appreciated Larry’s professionalism and his explaining issues and concerns. Very responsive to questions and delivered the report the next morning so we could keep the home-buying process moving along.

His reports are always very thorough. We have continued to be impressed by his depth of knowledge and ability to explain things in practical matters. Every inspection report has equipped us with information that we were able to use to negotiate our purchase. The roof damage and leaks that he found on a recent commercial building purchase saved us over $15,000 in needed repairs that the sellers claimed to not be aware of.
