Hello and welcome to Kaylee Homes Inspection. My name is Tim Sams and I am the owner of Kaylee Homes Inspection. I grew up in Doylestown. Currently, I reside in the City of Wadsworth, Ohio located in Medina County where I have lived for the past 10 years with my wife and 2 boys. I started my home obsession by working in a lumberyard at the age of 17 and I was promoted to salesman within 4 years. I left the lumber business after 8 years and went to work as General Manager for a home building company. As General Manager, I managed to help the company grow from 5-8 homes per year to 25-30 homes per year. During that time, I also finished my business management degree from The University of Akron.
