Before becoming a certified home inspector in Kansas City, I was in the real estate industry for over fifteen years. Five of those years have been spent appraising foreclosed properties with my wife. Foreclosed properties require a vast knowledge of what issues a home currently suffers from. This is where I found my love for inspecting.
With my years of hands on experience, accompanied by hundreds of hours of classroom education, I can now use this knowledge to help people who are buying a home or who simply want to know what is going on with their current home.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Chad with KC-Res was hired by an invested party to do an appraisal and inspection on my Mom’s home, but I must say I feel like I should be paying him a fee for the excellent references he provided to a complete stranger to whom he owed nothing! It’s been a tough year losing Mom to brain cancer, so finding nice people who excel at their work and are willing to help other human beings out of pure kindness is so refreshing. The appraisal and inspection process were efficient and painless too, I would highly recommend KC-Res to anyone!! ~Tiffany
Thoroughly enjoyed working with Chad on our home inspection! As first time home buyers we had what felt like a million questions. He was extremely patient with us and answered / explained everything.
