Greg did an awesome job inspecting our new home. He was able to help with very little notice, we put an offer in on Sunday and he was in the home on Monday afternoon. The inspection was extremely thorough, he found a large number of issues that a previous inspector missed. He was happy to let us follow him around and ask him questions. I walked away from it with a good understanding of how the house worked, where the shutoff valves were, regular maintenance that needs to be performed, and what issues to look out for. We were very impressed and left feeling much more comfortable with the purchase we were about to make

Greg at Keen Eye is the best Home Inspector you could ask for and surpassed my expectations. He was thorough and straight forward on his analysis of the home our family was buying. I highly recommend Keen Eye Inspections and Construction!

Very impressed with Mr. Gregory Hyatt Inspection report for the property I am contemplating to purchase in Ninilchik, AK. Very detailed, comprehensive report, photographs for every single issue and remedy solution provided. Almost 100 pages long and very cost effective ! A summary also provided, that creates an order of priority with most important safety issues listed first. All in all a consummate professional that needs to be on your team if in market to buy real estate ! Great help for me since I am not familiar with construction/safety issues !!! Highly recommended!
