Frank was exceedingly detailed in his inspection and gave a very detailed report, with pictures at the end. He was available after normal working hours and gave himself plenty of time inspecting each item. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Frank was extremely efficient and responsive. We were on a tight time-frame for the inspection period for a house and he was able to come out the next day and gave us a very thorough report that same evening. He was honest, reliable, fast, and knowledgable. I’d highly recommend him.

My wife and went with Frank as an independent home inspector during our house buying process a couple years back. He was incredibly thorough, honest, and fairly priced. Added bonus he came equipped with a card swipe on his phone to make the payment process all the easier. Told me upfront and bluntly about all of the problems of he perceived with house we were looking at while we looked at it, turned on every faucet and shower in the place while flushing toilets so we could see how drainage and the pipes held up, showed me positives and negatives in the house, and offered advice as far as how to mitigate and prepare for any of negatives, while explaining how to preserve the state of the positive aspects about the house, as well. Bottom line, he’s friendly and taught me a bunch of stuff to be weary about, prepare for, keep maintained, and prevent against. Give him a call already!
