Clark was able to come out last minute before we signed our closing documents and call us right after his inspection and give us a report on the same day. His reports were easy to understand with photos, and was able to call us later in the day to discuss his report. He really worked with us with whatever we needed. We will definitely use him again when buying properties, and recommend him to friends and family.

Our realtor recommended Clark to perform the inspection of a home built in 1940 that we were looking to buy. He arrived on time and was incredibly thorough with the inspection. He was there for several hours and at the end, walked us through the entire house and pointed out every little thing he saw, whether it be more major issues like windows not latching, or tiny issues like extra grout needed in a bathroom vanity. His report provided pictures of everything he inspected along with detailed notes, giving us the proof we needed to order a few extra inspections. Clark isn’t necessarily one for a lot of small talk, but that didn’t bother me at all because he is incredibly professional and clearly has his clients’ best interests in mind. I would absolutely hire him again!

I am so glad that we had Clark complete our general inspection. Purchasing a home at a distance (we are moving from NY to CA), can be a stressful process, but Clark’s professionalism and detailed analysis and report made this process smooth. Not only did he provide us a summary of the work, his report included a ton of pictures and detailed notes to make sure we understood the areas of concern in the house. When we had additional questions, he was responsive by phone and email and made sure to answered all of our questions clearly. He even made himself available weekends!!
