Everything went well! Joe is a very knowledgeable person. He inspects every single detail of the house and give you an explanation on how things should work or how to make sure they will last longer. He climbs to the roof, he gets to crawl spaces, never complains and always smiling. He repects the privacy of the house and makes sure he leaves everything as he finds it. We couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional service Joe provided. His report was extremely detailed and through and his knowledge of the entire inspection process is astonishing! We were buying the house from out of state and what a huge relief it was having an inspector like Joe who went though the entire house with a fine tooth comb as if he was purchasing the house for himself. Joe was very punctual and efficient. He encouraged my attendance and questions during the process. He was very detailed in his findings, both concerns and the strong points of this older house. He took pictures of the attic and crawl space to show me the exact conditions.

He answered all of my questions as we went along, including showing me how to operate the gas log fireplace since I’ve never had experience with one. Plus he was polite and pleasant to talk to. He knew I was on a tight deadline, so he got the report to me quickly. The report is also thorough, going room by room with a lot of the pictures he took included. It didn’t include any surprises since he answered everything on-site, but if you can’t be present the report you get from him will likely have everything you need.

Joe did an excellent job! He was very professional and thorough with his inspection. He was also pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions. I wasn’t able to be there for the entire inspection, but when I got there toward the end, he did a great job pointing out things he had noticed. When I saw the report, there were no surprises because we had already discussed those things. Joe is a very knowledgeable guy and I highly recommend him.
