He has served as a field mentor for Home Inspector Trainees, taking them along on inspections and teaching them how to properly perform home inspections, according to the New Jersey Standards of Practice. Furthermore, William brings 14 years of experience as a professional Firefighter, along with a working knowledge of building construction and common safety hazards within a home.
