He showed up on time and his inspection was thorough. The final report was detailed and made available to us quickly. He took the time to go over it in person and answer any questions we had. In addition he made himself available to answer any questions which may arise later. I highly recommend Kingdom Inspections!

The home was a new construction, he communicated the timeline, time expected to complete the process, and the cost very clearly and up front. He arrived very punctually and started his inspection, he provided clear and concise instructions as to what he was looking for and if said item was noted and why. He was even kind enough to bring folding chairs for my realtor, wife and I, and bottled water! I cannot give Mr. Carpenter a more glowing review, very polite and extremely professional, I would recommend to friends, family and anyone who isn’t afraid to support local veteran owned businesses. He was professional, went over the report in person and answered all questions. The detailed online report was made available to us very quickly and is set up in an easy to understand way. Highly recommend!
