My husband and I are first time home buyers so we were new to all this. The longer we live in our home the more things we realize that the Knight Inspectors missed . We tried to reach out numerous times about our concerns and no response. I would not recommend this company they are way overpriced for home inspection.
Not sure why there are such haters on these guys. Jason answered all our questions and did a thorough job inspecting our future home. Even came up with a detailed list of what needed to be fixed, with photos included. Its not their fault you didn’t ask enough questions at the time of meeting.
We used Knights as recommended by our agent for both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home, and in both cases we have been completely satisfied. The inspection was thorough, the inspector broke things down in a deliberate and detailed manner, and I appreciated their candor and professionalism when he was explaining their findings.
