The owner and inspector of KO Home Inspections is Keith Orlando, a native of the triangle area. He grew up in Chapel Hill and graduated from Chapel Hill High School in 1987. He married his high school sweetheart Kelly Davis in 1991 and they have one son who is now in college at UNCG. Currently, Keith and Kelly live in Siler City North Carolina. As long time residents of the area they have many connections to the people and businesses of the triangle.
Before becoming a home inspector, Keith owned and operated his own home repair and remodeling business in the triangle. Repairing houses for over fifteen years gives him the experience to spot problems and defects that others might miss.

Keith provided an incredibly thorough inspection of the home and was very knowledgeable. He even took the time to go through everything with us after the inspection, in addition to providing us with a very detailed report only a day and a half after the inspection! So fast! Great inspection company! I would highly recommend him especially with first time home buyers. He understood everything he saw wrong and was able to explain each aspect of it and why it was important. I felt very comfortable knowing what I may be able to repair and what I would need a professional to come in and look at it. I also really like how he was able to delegate what is a problem immediately and what I may deal with down the road. That helps me decide what my budget may be after purchasing the home.
