Chris inspected a property I was interested in purchasing back in October 2018. I highly recommend Chris and Lancaster Home Inspections, Inc! Chris was readily available and communicated the expectations to me prior to the inspection. Upon meeting with him, I found him to be friendly and knowledgeable. He was incredibly thorough in his examination and walked me through every room and the exterior to point out issues with which I should be concerned. His report was well laid out and descriptive with pictures; it also included a summary and recommendations at the end of the report. Ultimately his inspection was organized and it showed that he did his due diligence. His work helped me to make an informed decision.
