We hired Landmark Inspections to conduct our first new home inspection. Took about a full 3 hours to complete (~2,600 sq foot). Scott was extremely thorough and explained everything with precise detail. Scott is very knowledgeable about houses and will give you great tips and answer any questions you may have. Provided us with a fantastic detailed final report. A+++ rating!

If you’re like me, you’re here for others to give you a sense of whether you should use Scott’s services. I chose him based on other reviews and I can say with 100% certainty that decision was the best one I made yet in this process. To say Scott goes above and beyond is an understatement. My only previous home-buying experience was with a home that was only 10 years old. Getting an additional sewer tank scope inspection wasn’t a concept I knew about; Scott asked me if I was doing that for the 70 year old home I’m under contract for and then educated me on its importance all while being completely objective. I trusted him and decided to add the sewer scope; they found a collapsed lateral under the street that cost the seller $8-10,000 to fix.
