During the home inspection we will walk through the entire house as I pass on information about the conditions we see. For me an important part of a home inspection is your understanding of the conditions of the house. I am good at communicating in everyday language about the conditions of the house.

I had the unique experience of purchasing my home from out of state during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Holland was able to complete our inspection with our realtor within four days of initial contact; he emailed me the report with photos, descriptions, and what type of professional to contact for the repairs; after receiving the report, Mr. Holland took the time to review the report with me over the phone since I was not able to be present during the inspection.
