I’ve never written a bad review and would not want to ruin anyone’s good name unless it was necessary. I’ve given Lawson inspection weeks, and now months, to respond to me. They continue to ignore my emails and phone calls. They don’t stand behind their services. Our real estate agent referred us to Lawson Inspection. They were paid for their services.
All-around great service. He was able to perform a general inspection of the home and radon testing at a discounted rate. He worked for us on a Sunday in June 2015. Our summary letter was received within 24 hours. Anyone would be recommended to me.
This company has helped me buy three homes. I purchased my first home in 1998. Then, in 2003. And now, in July 2016, I bought my third. I find Mr. Lawson very reliable and thorough. I have lived in homes that he has checked (five years in 1998 and thirteen years in 2003), and no major issues have arisen. The responses to emails and phone calls following the inspection were prompt. I felt compelled to write this review after I sent him an email today with some follow-up questions regarding the radon testing, and he replied immediately.
Mr. Lawson works like he is family for the client. Pricing is reasonable and lower than many others. Phenomenal work. I would definitely recommend him ????????
2019 Hired again – really great home inspector. Saved be big $$$
Prompt, professional and respectful!! Just a few things I can say. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Mr. Lawson. Some work needed to be taken care of in my attic. After calling in one company and getting an estimate of over $6,000 with no pictures of evidence on what they were going to do, Mr Lawson went into the attic, took pictures to show me what was going on and explained everything. The project was an 1/8th of the size that the first company wanted to charge me for. Thank you Mr. Lawson for your honesty! I wish there were more people like you.
