Lead Safe Inspections

I’m writing this as a concerned citizen of Rhode Island looking out for others who might be taken advantage of by this company.

I called this company in early march of 2020, for a single family home in Providence RI 02908, the lead inspector showed up on time on the scheduled time and date, the lead inspection went as normal, they said I would receive a copy of the report in about one weeks time. After the one week, I emailed this company about the copy not being received, I was told that it was on the way, so i waited another week, nothing came. I then contacted them by phone again, and was told that the report was lost, and being looked for. One more week goes by, I was not contacted by this company again, so I mad another phone call, this time I was told that they could not find the report and they would have to come back and write up another report on the lead analysis and that i would have to pay for this inspection again. NEVER in my life would I think that an American company would do this to anyone, let alone a veteran of the armed forces. I will not pay for the mistakes made by an irresponsible employee, and no one else should either.
