A perfect experience. We are from Michigan but needed to have a home inspected in South Carolina. Several people recommended us Legacy. Sandra, the office manager, was very kind and helpful. She was able to schedule the inspection within a week. John, the inspector, arrived promptly on the day planned and gave us the inspection report the same afternoon. The report was thorough and professional. Legacy Inspection Group was a great company and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Unless you’re a builder get your property inspected! A few Hundred vs a few Thousand, you choose. On top of that Mr. Robert has a pest control team also. Two birds with one stone!!!!!

Nelson was fantastic. He was able to work me into his busy schedule which was really impressive as the property I needed the inspection on was an hour out of Abilene. He was on time to the appointment, was very detailed, and returned the inspection report to me very quickly. As time was of the essence on this property, I really appreciated his responsiveness.

They found a few issues that I was able to send to my home builders before my warranty expires. All around, the home inspectors that work here are the type of people I trust to do a thorough inspection while doing zero damage, to my property. Definitely recommend and will be using them again before I buy my next home.
