Nick and his team were so thorough and incredibly communicative with my wife and I (a first time home buyer) when discussing what they were seeing and looking for! While this is a stressful time for us they were able to give us ease of mind and we were positive they were doing a wonderful job! They report was clear and in depth with each area that they recommended be fixed immediately, at some point, or met satisfactory requirements.
Nick and his team do a fantastic job. I have looked to Liberty Inspections for over 5 years for my personal needs and those of my clients buying homes. They are thorough and detailed in their inspections. They also do a tremendous job of differentiating key items to address from normal items that come up owning a home.
