Scott Napier has repaired, remodeled and inspected homes for more than two decades. Coming from a construction background, he has an extensive knowledge of the construction and dynamics of homes, and a full capability to identify issues with homes. He has a MA Unlimited Construction Supervisor License and ran his own business for 15 years. In addition, he holds MA and NH Home Inspector License and has performed thousands of inspections.

It is Scott’s goal to provide home buyers with first class service, a thorough inspection, and an informative, detailed report. Buyer education is very important to Scott, explaining the process to his clients in a way that will make them feel comfortable, confident, and informed about the home they are purchasing.

Scott from Little Bee Inspections handled the home inspection for us during a recent purchase transaction of a single family home. He paid incredible attention to detail, going above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what we were buying. The proof of Scott’s great work came when the seller’s agent felt compelled to complain afterward that he was too thorough. In reality, he simply did his job remarkably well and let us know of any issues within the house. As a buyer, this knowledge of what I could be getting into with a prospective new home is exactly what I want. Like others have said, he was also fantastically punctual — arriving early to complete an exterior inspection and then leading us through the findings before moving on together to complete the inside. The results also arrived through an easy web portal within hours, stocked with multiple photos of every trouble area and recommendations moving forward. I would highly recommend Scott, who is not only detailed and knowledgable, but will take the time to make sure you understand the problems and risks that may be present in your home. He’s also friendly and funny which is always a plus.

Scott was incredibly responsive and professional throughout our new home inspection. Scott was able to point out things that we did not even realize and truly cared about our health and wellness through out the whole process. The turn around time for reporting was also highly efficient. We highly recommend his services and will be recommending him to all our friends.

Out of a few listing on yelp, I picked Scott to perform my home inspection and he was great! I am a first time home buyer and the amount of information I am trying to digest in a short window is slightly overwhelming. He was informative but also educational in way that made me feel comfortable about the decision I was making. Personable, thorough and an overall great experience. My real estate agent also agreed this was the most seamless one she’s witnessed as well! I would highly recommend Little Bee Home Inspections.
