We purchased our home “As Is” so it was very important that no detail was skipped during our inspection. We feel the inspection report was very detailed. Plus, based on the age of house components (roof, heat system, etc.), Roger gave recommendations regarding estimated repair timelines for future budgeting based on normal material lifespan. Following his advisement, we resumed negotiations as informed, confident buyers. Five out of five stars without hesitation.

Inspector was knowledgeable and accurate in pointing out defects found and advice on what needed to be done to correct defects. His professionalism was evident in his oral and written information provided.
