The inspection was thorough and we were provided with his expert recommendation on how to deal with some of the issues that were presented. Being a first time home buyer we were not sure how this process was supposed to go, but now that we have an idea the bar has been raised to a high level due to Macguyver home inspection. Rick took the time to not only make the experience personal, but he also took the time to explain everything in his report to me.
