They looked at the areas of concern, but also gave me November 2, 2020 11:23 am

Paul and Brennan were great. I contacted them after having some concerns about some things I had noticed around the house. Due to a scheduling conflict, I wasn’t able to use them when I bought the place… I wish I had. They looked at the areas of concern, but also gave me a run down of the whole house while they were here. They picked up on a number of things that the other inspector missed. What I appreciated the most was that they tried to educate me as a homeowner, so that I could be more informed in the future. We talked a lot in person (I have a lot of questions), but they also gave me a very detailed report that I’ll be able to refer back to the future.

Paul and his cohort are personable and proffesional. Their level of detail is incredible and are more than happy to take you through the inspection with them, and take the time to fully explain anything/issue. We have used them several times and received consistent excellent service.

Paul and Brennen were incredible. In my case, as a first time home buyer it is extremely important to get a detail oriented inspection report. In addition, at the inspection day they provided a comprehensive explanation and detailed analysis of the property as well as potential improvements and maintenance considerations for the future .
