Maine Inspection

Jason was great! He was there before he needed to be, he told us what he was doing, invited us to tag along answered all our questions and made sure we didn’t have any other questions or concerns before he left. He and his colleague were very thorough and professional. . I was highly impressed and would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a home inspected.

I was really impressed by how professional, friendly and efficient these folks were! The portal they use is great – it allowed them to put together a report immediately after they were finished and share it with us, pictures and recommendations included.

Overall very pleased with the inspection and the report. I was not able to be present at time of inspection, and I feel that the report is very thorough with pictures and descriptions to where I know exactly where the deficiencies are. They also have a feature where you can create a “to-do” list where you can organize things to address any deficiencies. Only issue I have is that I had some difficulty contacting them by phone. I tried calling several times during business hours and sometimes someone would answer the phone speaking unintelligibly or it would just ring, or go straight to voicemail.
