My husband and I are more than pleased with Manatee Home Inspection Services from the first call. Received a quick scheduled appointment, thorough inspection and a fast turnaround time with our full report with pictures. They are extremely helpful and professional. We highly recommend this company, as their customer service goes above and beyond.

An outstanding encounter with MHIS. Ken was punctual, courteous and professional. Experience matters – and Ken’s vast knowledge of the construction trades, their regulations & requirements, and the overall inspection process and techniques he used, delivered a very thorough and comprehensive report with literally hundreds of pictures annotated with precise and easy to understand well-worded descriptions of each area examined. Ken also performed a wind mitigation (WM) inspection which will likely save me hundreds of dollars on the new home’s property insurance policy. Once I had the report in hand, Ken reviewed the entire 33 pages and provided his keen insight and recommendation about each finding – it was a friendly and valuable conversation which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend MHIS without reservation. Ken and Sharrie are a wonderful team and an honest family-run home business (no pun intended ????.)

Ken took the time to walk us through the property and pointed out the various items that would be on the report. MHS was thorough and I felt confident in the inspection results.
