We hired Markham Inspection Services to perform a general home inspection, wood destroying insect inspection, radon testing, air quality testing, sewer scope inspection and pool inspection for a house we are planning to purchase. The responsiveness of Morgan was great and I appreciated, as a first time homebuyer, the level of education they provided. The inspector, Kevin Markham, did a fantastic job and thoroughly explained everything. One of the reasons I chose Markham was for the thoroughness of their reports that include pictures of every issue and maintenance item as well as video where needed. I plan on using Markham Inspection Services whenever I need any service they provide.

This company was worth every penny!! They were flexible with our short time frame of availability and found several things on their inspection that helped bring us peace of mind knowing they will be fixed before we move it. So happy with the whole experience. Quick turn-around time as well. Thank you Chris and Morgan Markham!!!

These people are the real deal. Kevin, Scott, and Morgan have been very thorough, professional, and personable. The report for closing on a house was very detailed (but also did have a synopsis for quick recall). To be honest, looking at all of the 5 star reviews prior to booking the inspection, I was a little skeptical because it’s really hard to be that perfect. However, their good reputation was legitimate. I have no reservations in highly recommending this company. I will update this review in the future as time goes on.
