I used Luis to do an inspection and I was extremely happy with the quality of inspection and how detailed he is. He spent a lot of time at the property and he was very polite and friendly. He caught issues that only a pro with his level of experience would have noticed.

My home purchase process moved quite quickly, i had previously scheduled an appointment with a previous inspector, however that company cancelled on me last minute, I decided to contact Marroquin inspections and Luis answered. I was able to schedule an appointment on a short time manner and Luis was very friendly and began explaining things regarding my home as soon i sent him my address, it really made me feel comfortable knowing he had taken the time to look up the residence. Luis did an excellent job with his home inspection and he provided honesty and information detail to us verbally and took his time explaining and listening to our concerns as first time home buyers, we really appreciate his time and service.
