He was quick to key in on the things that were important from a safety or cost perspective; he was also great helping us understand what a repair or upgrade might look like. I have to start out by saying that David at Massachusetts Home Inspections is an amazing, expert home inspector! He gave us our inspection report the same day, which was very helpful. He worked with us during the pandemic, mask and all, and was so kind, thoughtful and professional. On the day of the inspection, David was early. Before we got to the house, he had already done a full inspection of the roof, and the outside of the house. From more than 40 feet away, he pointed out a spot on the lower portion of the roof, that had some wear on it. I couldn’t see the spot until I was inside the house (about 4 feet away from the spot, which was the size of a quarter!) David has the vision of a hawk, and did not miss anything! We are so grateful to him for making a stressful process manageable. He gave me and my husband peace of mind, which is truly priceless. One million thanks to you David!
