What a great experience!! Mike was very thorough with every facet of the inspection. Mike took the time to help educate me on the furnace, electrical panel and the overall workings of the home. I used Matika when I bought my house 11 years ago. I’m now selling my house and the buyers inspector found a lot of items that were not on Matika’s inspection report such as multiple outlets with no grounds and multiple wires going into one circuit breaker in the electrical panel that could cause over heating. It’s costing me thousands of dollars now for me to fix when I could have had the seller fix them when I originally bought my house.
