This is our first home, and we are both very novice at any of it. He was quick to fix a wrong address (just a miscommunication) and get the new contract ready. Adding services was a breeze. I have heard horror stories about inspectors, and I was hoping he was as much of a dream to work with in person as he was over the phone. I was not disappointed. He spent much more time on, in, around, and under the house than I expected and gave us a very simple, yet thorough, breakdown of the good, bad, and ugly that we could understand. He makes his work look effortless. The report was back within a few hours. These reviews did not steer us wrong!
