We had a residential home inspection with Andrew and Chris this morning for a house we made an offer on. Both arrived early and were ready to go. I was very impressed with how efficiently and thoroughly they worked. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and my husband in a way that we could understand. They were very patient with our questions. I brought my dad along because we are first time home buyers. My dad mostly wanted to come to make sure the home inspectors were good and knew what they were doing. My dad approached me 3/4 the way through the inspection and told me “these inspectors are VERY GOOD” and then proceeded to tell me he didn’t need to go upstairs and that he was going to leave early. Clearly, Mayflower passed my protective father’s rate of approval with flying colors. I highly recommend their services. Additionally, we received our comprehensive inspection report less than two hours after the inspection included.
