The Standards of Practice (SOP) allow our clients to know what to expect, and they also limit the scope of the inspection and the inspector’s liability. Our inspectors always exceed the SOP required by the state of Oregon in order to provide you the best service possible.
A regular inspection takes two to three hours or more completing a detailed walk-through of the home you’re looking to buy. It’s a top-to-bottom review of the physical structure and electrical systems; including roof, ceilings, walls, floors, pipes, windows and doors.
