I’ve actually used Memphis Inspection Services twice, having walked away from the first home, based on the inspection. They have the certifications and training in home inspection and it shows. First, talking to Lisa was a blessing as she’s knowledgeable about many different aspects and offers great advice on everything from tips on saving money to the use of technology. Reports are available online with photos and indicators where to look in each photo where issues are found. Steve Campbell was actually recommended by another inspection company that didn’t have any inspectors available for my inspection. I also felt comfortable that Memphis Inspection Services would be ethical in reporting all issues to me, major and minor, without trying to appease realtors too.

We have used them for several homes we have sold to investors. They have always done a great job for us. Lisa in their office is very friendly, fast and courteous. I have no issues at all. Would recommend them to others! -Advantage Property Management

I use Steve Campbell for my client’s home inspections whenever I have the opportunity! He is accessible, thorough, and his reports are easy to read/understand. I also love using the convenient online booking tool on BPG Inspections website while I’m on the go and trying to coordinate with clients.
