Brandon inspected the home I’m purchasing. From beginning to the end of the inspection he was nothing but professional, respectful, and informative of everything. He went through the exterior/interior of the house in detail, taking photos and documenting everything. I was also pleasantly surprised that he explained everything to me in simple terms (e.g. what sump pump is, how the heating system worked, etc). The report was comprehensive and was submitted to me in < 12 hours. Overall, a great experience.
