Within months of moving into our house we found several things that were missed and opinions that turned out to be significantly wrong, but yet we had a “great inspection.” I’m pretty sure he has a deal with Realtors’ offices, so he’s essentially helping them sell you the property. Nice guy and you feel great about the house when he’s finished, but not an unbiased inspection if that is what you’re expecting to pay for.
I highly recommend Mich-Inspect!! Charlie and Sara have been amazing with meeting deadlines for my home buyer! Having a property inspection is one of the most stressful processes and Charlie was professional, helpful, kind and informative. I highly recommend Mich-Inspect; Josh did the inspection for our house, and he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We dodged a bullet by getting our house inspected, and will use Mich-Inspect again when we are ready – hopefully soon!!

Was interested in buying a home in Grand Rapids. Charles and Josh were so thorough with their inspections, that it kept me from buying a couple of homes that would have needed a ton of work. I just had my first experience with this company. WOW. I learned more about septic systems in 90 minutes than I have in 48 years. He explained everything he was doing and why. Very thorough and very cordial. I wont be using any other company from here onward. Keep up the good work guys.
