I walked through a home today with Michael and it is difficult for me to convey how helpful he really was. He was on time, sociable, and very nice. He was easy to talk with, EXTREMELY informative, thorough, and I did not feel rushed at all. Not only did he tell me points of concern, he walked me through exactly what he was looking at and how things could be fixed and repaired. He took photos of everything and built an extensive report that I received within 12 hours of inspection.
