It’s good company. Many reasons: 1. I had been trying to get another company that had good reviews, but he was always overbooked. I called John on Friday morning and was inspected by Saturday at 14:00. 2. He actually has several licenses. (NOT required in the State of Michigan, and so anyone who can set up a website can hang a shingle) 3. As we went through the house, he gave me an idea of the cost to fix each problem.
