Randy was great to work with for our home inspection! Randy’s report was very detailed and easy to understand. He explained everything in the report and then walked us through the inside and outside of the house to show us exact locations of everything in the report. We also really appreciated that for each issue, Randy gave suggestions about if it was something we could likely fix ourselves (including what materials we would need for the projects), if we should get handiman to do it, or if we should hire a plumber/electrician/chimney professional to look into it.

Would highly recommend for either type of inspection. He certainly knows his stuff. Very courtesy, informative, and very careful with today’s pandemic. The inspection reports were very easy to understand and address any issues. Randy is a SUPER HERO in the inspection world.
