He was quick, professional and detailed. We had his report emailed to us by the end of the next day. He also provided additional tests for us, radon testing for $125, and wood destroying insect inspection for $50.

Pulling from his knowledge base as a contractor with extensive hands-on experience, he is aware of building problems and signs of problems even before they occur. He leaves no stone unturned and gives an incredibly thorough report (complete with photos, dates and detailed notes) that serves as the encyclopedia for the property and helps to guide all future improvements and repairs. We have had the privilege of working with Ken on two separate occasions for several properties on Cape Cod now and would not even think of using anyone else.
