I am a first home buyer and was very unsure of what I should expect in a home inspection and if I needed to be there. Wally strongly recommended I go to the inspection and I am very glad I did. He was very thorough in his inspection while involving me and making sure I understood what he was looking at, why he was looking at it, and explaining why some things might need done. It was very nice to have him showing me what could be fixed while he explained why it was important and made the inspection make so much more sense than just reading a report. very satisfied!
