Doug has cleaned and serviced two of our fireplaces and each time he has done an excellent job. Goes above and beyond to ensure you’re happy with the outcome, and is very efficient, courteous, and leaves the house as clean as it was before he arrived.
We wanted our fireplace and chimney cleaned and inspected in a newly purchased home before we lit any fires. We also had water dripping in the corner of the fireplace.
My chimney sweeper, Doug, was able to get in early and cleaned and serviced my new home’s chimney in under an hour. He provided clear explanations of what he observed and made sure that any questions I had about the operation of my wood-burning stove were answered. Would recommend!
