I recommend that home owners or buyers are present for inspections so that I can provide answers and explanations for any questions that may arise. My home inspection reports are easy to follow and available online. Pictures, explanations and a summary of any deficiencies found from the inspection will be provided with the home inspection report. I provide inspections for single family homes, townhomes and condominiums.

Tim was great! He was easy to reach and to work with. He provided a very thorough inspection report on the property we are purchasing.

Tim is very friendly and professional. He explained all his findings to me in a way I would understand and how serious it can be or become if not fixed. In my opinion, the price is extremely reasonable. You also have the option to pay for Radon Testing in addition to the inspection, which is great considering you don’t have to find a separate company to do this testing. He was very easy to get a hold of! I highly recommend Tim for your home inspection.
