Zach was professional and punctual. He was already on location and prepped for the inspection before I arrived. He streamlined the inspection going floor by floor and reviewed all of his findings/insights immediately after he finished with each floor. This included details in regards to routine maintenance, tips for optimal performance, and items that were in good working order at the time of the inspection, but should be monitored in the near future due to age and signs normal wear. Each room, attic, and the roof were all reviewed in great detail. The inspection concluded around 6 pm, and the 78 page report was submitted before 7:30 am the next morning. The report was simple, easy to read, and contained a substantial amount of photos. The radon test report was also submitted shortly after the test concluded. I am very happy with the quality of the work performed, and I would recommend Mirkwood Home Inspections to anyone seeking an inspection service.
